About Us
Tharaka-Nithi Chapter
The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) is a not-for-profit private company limited by guarantee, registered under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. Prior to the 2010 Constitution, KNCCI operated mainly from its Nairobi headquarters, with regional offices in key towns. Following the constitutional shift towards devolution, the Chamber revised its structure to establish a National Office and County Chamber offices across all 47 counties, including Tharaka Nithi. KNCCI exists to champion a pro-business environment that encourages trade, investment, and enterprise growth. Its diverse membership includes micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as large businesses. The Tharaka Nithi Chapter is part of this nationwide network, working to empower local businesses and connect them to national and international opportunities.
